Commercial USTs
CCA
has experience in all phases of tank removal and cleanup. CCA
closed the first UST site under risk-based guidelines in the Mooresville
Regional District. While we strive for a clean closure, CCA can
guide you through the complexities of assessment and cleanup of
a contaminated site in a cost-effective manner.
Our experience
includes tank removal, assessment in accordance with regulatory
guidelines, corrective action plans, and site cleanup by natural
attenuation or remediation systems. CCA’s objective is to
close sites in a quick, cost-effective manner.
We have satisfactorily addressed UST problems at schools, gas
stations, upscale restaurants, industrial sites, and commercial
properties throughout North Carolina. We have extensive experience
in our primary service area, including Greensboro, Shelby, Lincolnton,
Rockingham, Statesville, Hickory, and Charlotte, NC. CCA also
closed a tank farm,
complete with removal of two 50,000-gallon above ground tanks
from the site and a subsurface assessment.
CCA personnel have successfully removed, assessed, and remediated
UST sites from the mountains to the beach. Highlights include
the flagship station and terminal for an oil company in Charlotte,
NC, a kerosene release near Linville Falls, NC, a large gas station
in Cleveland, NC, and 6 concrete filled tanks in Concord, NC.
